Character Unlock Costs and the Conflicts

A dated Yen ladder, the Robux passes, and the prices that do not agree, so you can check the live panel instead of an old table.

The official description checked on October 14, 2026 says there are 20 playable characters. It does not list names or prices. A September 9 description said 18. The table below is the August 22 community ladder plus later reports. It is a planning sheet, not a receipt.

Tanjuro Tanjiro 26,000 Yen

An August 9 farming video said Naruto costs 1,500 Yen, not 1,250. Do not average those numbers. Read Narotu on the current panel.

Later Yen and premium reports

Name What was reported When
Diyo 55,000 Yen purchase; DIO-inspired kit September 5, 2026 gameplay report
Sorcerer 399 Robux in the August ladder August 22, 2026
Ultra Instinct 519 Robux in one article, and both 519 Robux and 1,040 Yen in a later equip report August 22 and August 29, 2026
Kaido Called a game pass character, with no confirmed price or move list September community roster

The experience alters familiar names. Maki and Mako are one reported kit. Diyo is the DIO-inspired name. Do not buy both spellings.

Does the Yen stay or get spent?

The official sentence is "use your Yen to unlock." An August 5 gameplay session said buying an ability takes the Yen, unlike the Hits game where the total stays. The August 22 article said crossing a threshold grants the power and the total keeps climbing. Open the panel and read whether the button spends a balance or simply marks a milestone. Then respawn and check that the HUD names changed.

What the 20-count leaves open

The August ladder plus Diyo, Sorcerer, Ultra Instinct, and Kaido is a set of names, not proof that those are the current 20. Dragon King is a real pass on this experience and was missing from the September 18-name dex. It might be Kaido under another label, or a separate character. A September 18 showcase description also said the roster ran from Goku to Saitama, without an in-game spelling. Gear 5 is a scheduled variant card for October 17, not a name already on the ladder.

If your panel shows a cost this table does not, keep the panel. Record the name, the currency icon, and the date before you tell someone else the old number.
